Bell launches a new suite of Managed Infrastructure Services offering a simple, flexible and integrated customer experience
As data, wireless and voice networks grow larger and more complex, your organization's dependence on using top-notch, in-house resources to maintain these infrastructures has become challenging. The expertise required is also often difficult to find, recruit and retain.
Managing your voice and wireless infrastructures does not have to be a burden. As a trusted and experienced partner, Bell offers outsourced management of network elements through the Managed Infrastructure Service (MIS).
Managed Infrastructure Services (MIS)
Our Managed Infrastructure Services include:
- Managed Infrastructure Services for Network (MISN) – This includes the management of both Wide Area Network (WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN) environments.
- Managed Infrastructure Services for Wireless (MISW) – This includes the management of wireless controllers, access points, and radio sensors.
- Voice Managed Services (VMS) – This includes the management of your VoIP devices.
Bell managed services can be combined with other Bell services:
- MIS can manage the equipment purchased and maintained through Infrastructure Services
- Combined with MIS, customers can also leverage Professional Services such as wireless site surveys, architecture designs, network assessments, health checks and network optimization
