Based on comparison of national networks, the shared HSPA+ (4G) network available from Bell vs. Rogers' HSPA/HSPA+ network: (a) fastest in more places with an all-4G network covering over 96% of the population and offering at least 67% of the population theoretical download speeds of up to 42 Mbps and fastest in most large urban centres across Canada, based on tests of average upload and download speeds, (b) largest network, based on total square kms of coverage, and (c) average call failure rate on par or better, based on tests including network access failures, blocked calls and dropped calls in large urban centres across Canada. Excludes roaming partners' coverage in certain parts of Manitoba. Speed may vary due to topography, environmental conditions, device type and other factors. See bell.ca/network for details.
