This tool will help you determine if your non-Bell phone is compatible with the Bell network. Since there are many thousands of phone models from around the world, to know if your phone is compatible for sure, it is recommended that you visit a Bell store to test your phone with a Bell SIM card.
1. Turn off your mobile device.
2. Remove the back cover of your device and the battery.
3. Find the number (normally 15 digits) on the white sticker under the battery.
Most mobile device models will display your IMEI on the screen by typing *#06#
Enter the ID (the IMEI, normally 15 digits long) of your device
If there is no IMEI associated to your mobile device, we can't determine its compatibility with the Bell network. Please contact Bell Mobility Client Care for assistance at 1 800 667 0123.
